Get to Know Me

I am a strategic thinker at heart - someone who naturally sees patterns and asks the why beneath the surface. You will find me to be uniquely direct for a female/therapist. I'm highly analytical, yet deeply connected with the spiritual realm. If you are looking for a no-nonsense straight shooter to slice through your internal conflicts and help you live a more genuine and fulfilling existence, you are in the right place.

I love the challenge of helping people gain insight into the feelings, thoughts, decisions, and behaviors that are driving outcomes in their lives. I have been dedicated to empowering others and propelling clients to more fruitful paths since 2004, when I completed my master’s in Counseling.

Universal connectedness is a value I hold dear. Always game to make a new friend or have a laugh, I talk to strangers everywhere I go. The military brat lifestyle of moving every couple of years, taught me how to adapt, embrace transitions and lean into the mess of change. The options were sink or swim, so I joined the swim team and began a life long love of swimming. These experiences made me a bit addicted to a need for constant change in my life, so now that I am not physically moving I am obsessed with optimizing. I am a studios person who pursues continuous life-long learning and growth.

I wrote this website myself so it rings true with the authenticity of my own voice and that is important to me. I am going to ask you to do hard work on yourself and I want you to know that I do not take the easy way out. I am always exploring and fine-tuning my own personal alignment, integrity and values so I can hone and refocus my energy source. Anything I ask you to do, I have done myself or am currently doing as well. I value genuine people who embody their own power - do you?
